Shipping Rate
Orders under $99 will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $9.00.
Where do we ship to?
Australia wide. However, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. This does not include
weekends and holidays. However, please understand that there may be slight delays, depending
on the volume of orders received at a given time. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change the shipping address ONLY if the order has not been shipped. Please double
check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.
Delivery delays
While we try our best to ship out your orders in the speediest manner, unfortunately, it is
difficult to guarantee specific delivery times or be held responsible for delays in transit. If there
is a substantial delay in the delivery of your order, we suggest first checking with your postal
provider of your tracking number to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, once an order
is out of our hands, we have no more information than you regarding the whereabouts of your
package. Please contact the mail carrier for any delivery concerns you may have.
Important Notice:
Affected by the COVID, the delivery time for the orders in Australia may be delayed by 2-5
days, and tracking information online may need a few days to be updated.
Lost or Stolen
Once the order has left our warehouse, the responsibility of the item sits with the mail carrier. If
your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with the postal service provider.
